The Products we offer on the Site are exclusively reserved for people aged 18 and over.

The shipping department is able to send products to physical addresses or PO boxes in Europe. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. LOVE COCO EARTH will under no circumstances be held responsible for a delivery made to an incorrect address.
In general, orders are processed within 48 hours (except at weekends and on public holidays). Orders validated at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
All delivery times are estimated from the date your order leaves our processing centre. Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order leaves our processing centre.
LOVE COCO EARTH cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels for which shipment to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. On request only, LOVE COCO EARTH will be able to confirm shipment to the address indicated, specifying the date and providing tracking and carrier information to help the customer carry out searches.
In the event of a parcel being returned to LOVE COCO EARTH due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the latter will be responsible for the carriage costs associated with the return of the goods and redelivery. LOVE COCO EARTH cannot be held responsible for defects in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete data supplied by the customer.
When customers’ orders are ready to be dispatched, they receive a delivery confirmation e-mail. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of registration and arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. The confirmation e-mail contains the shipment details and the order tracking number. Sometimes, when a customer tries to track a parcel 48 hours after the order has been validated, the delivery information is not available, which means that the carrier has not scanned the parcel. Once the parcel has been scanned, you can track it. Allow 48 hours for the carrier to scan the parcels. If the tracking information still does not appear, contact customer service on one of the telephone numbers given on the contact page or by e-mail.
Payments are made by credit card on the website. It is also possible to pay by cash or bank transfer by contacting LOVE COCO EARTH directly.
To this end, the Customer authorises LOVE COCO EARTH to debit his/her bank card for the amount indicated when the order was placed.
LOVE COCO EARTH assures the Customer of the security of payments made and of its agreements with professionals in the sector in order to fully ensure this objective.
The Products marketed by LOVE COCO EARTH are manufactured by partners. LOVE COCO EARTH offers the Customer a guarantee of conformity, quality and compliance with the regulations applicable to food supplements.
LOVE COCO EARTH also guarantees that the Products have undergone checks and tests carried out by its partners before being placed on the market.
In any event, LOVE COCO EATH cannot be held responsible by the Customer in the following cases:
As results are personal, no results can be guaranteed to the Customer as a result of using the Products and Services provided by LOVE COCO EARTH via the Site.
As some countries and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of the duration of implied warranties, the foregoing limitations may not apply in whole or in part in certain cases where such limitations are prohibited by rules of public order. LOVE COCO EARTH holds and retains ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the Services and Products purchased by the Customer, in particular the know-how, methods, copyright and patents associated with the software that accompanies and integrates them, as well as the rights relating to their designs (drawings and models) or the names under which they are marketed (brands).
None of the stipulations of these GCS may be interpreted as a transfer or licence of any of these rights to the Customer. In fact, the latter only has the right to use the Services offered for its own account and, where applicable, to resell them but, in any event, the Customer guarantees the Vendor against any infringement of the aforementioned rights by its own actions.
