I/ PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT - SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering process on the site, to any use of the services offered on the site and/or to all sales of Products concluded by LOVE COCO EARTH from the site https://lovecocoearth.com/ to of Customers whether the latter are individuals or professionals, whatever the clauses that may appear on the Customer's documents, and in particular its general conditions of purchase, unless express and written acceptance on the part of LOVE COCO EART and concern the all products marketed by LOVE COCO EARTH.

LOVE COCO EARTH reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions.

II/ CONDITIONS OF USE OF PRODUCTS AND WARNING

The Products that we offer on the Site are exclusively reserved for people over the age of 18.

Before making a purchase on the Site, the customer must be fully aware of his or her state of health. Pregnant Customers must seek the advice of a doctor before consuming any of the products offered on the site.

Customers with any pathology or food intolerances of any type must also be vigilant when using the Site's Products.

The Client expressly acknowledges that a course of dietary supplements is an individual experience, that its effects cannot therefore be determined with precision in advance, and that it is therefore not subject to any obligation of results.

National deliveries

The shipping department is able to send products to physical addresses or PO boxes located in Europe. It is up to the buyer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided by them. Please ensure that the address provided is correct, regardless of your order method, before completing your purchase. LOVE COCO EARTH will under no circumstances be responsible for delivery made to an incorrect address.

Order processing time

Generally, orders are processed within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays). Orders validated on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

All delivery times are estimated from the date your order leaves our fulfillment center. For delivery, allow between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order leaves our processing center.

Lost or stolen packages

LOVE COCO EARTH cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages for which shipping to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. Upon request only, LOVE COCO EARTH can confirm shipment to the address indicated, specifying the date, providing tracking and carrier information to help the customer with research.

Incorrect shipping data

If the package is returned to LOVE COCO EARTH due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs related to the return of the goods and redelivery. LOVE COCO EARTH cannot be held responsible for delivery defects due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.

Tracking your order

When customers' orders are ready to ship, they receive a delivery confirmation email. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed and arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. The confirmation email contains shipping details and order tracking number. For tracking, go to the carrier's website.

Sometimes when a customer tries to track a package 48 hours after checkout, delivery information is not available, this means the carrier did not scan the package. Once the package is scanned, tracking is accessible. Allow 48 hours before the carrier scans the packages. If the tracking information still does not appear, contact customer service at one of the phone numbers listed on the contact page or by email.

IV/ PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are made by credit card on the site. It is also possible to pay by cash or transfer by contacting LOVE COCO EARTH directly.

To this end, the Customer authorizes LOVE COCO EARTH to debit their bank card for the amount indicated when placing the order.

LOVE COCO EARTH assures the Customer of the security of the payments made and of its agreements made with professionals in the sector in order to fully ensure this objective.

V/ LOVE COCO EARTH WARRANTIES AND EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES

The Products marketed by LOVE COCO EARTH are manufactured by partners. LOVE COCO EARTH offers the Customer a guarantee of conformity, quality and compliance with the regulations applicable to food supplements.

LOVE COCO EARTH also guarantees that the Products have been subject to controls and tests carried out by partners before being placed on the market.

In any case, the responsibility of LOVE COCO EATH cannot be sought by the Client in the following cases:

Products are not suitable for the Customer’s needs;
damage suffered by the Customer due to misuse of the Products;
failure by the Customer to check, before ordering and throughout the taking of the Products, his state of health and possible allergies to any component of the Product

The results are personal, so no result can be guaranteed to the Customer due to the use of the Products and Services provided by LOVE COCO EARTH via the Site.

Some countries and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, the foregoing limitations may not apply in whole or in part to certain cases where such limitations are prohibited by public policy rules. In these cases alone, the total liability of LOVE COCO EARTH will be limited to the amount that the Customer has actually paid for the orders causing the damage invoked and judicially recognized as established, pursuant to the application of these rules of public policy.

VI/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LOVE COCO EARTH owns and retains the ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the Services and Products purchased by the Customer, includingmake, methods, copyrights and patents associated with the software that they include and which they incorporate, as well as the rights bearing on their designs (designs and models) or on the names under which they are marketed (trademarks).

None of the stipulations of these GTC can be interpreted as a transfer or license of any of these rights to the benefit of the Customer. Indeed, the latter has only the right to use for its own account the services offered, if necessary to resell them but, in any case, the Customer guarantees the Seller against any infringement of the above-mentioned rights by its own act.

VII/ INFORMATION – CLAIM

Any complaint or request for information regarding the Products or Services must be addressed to LOVE COCO EARTH via the Site by referring to the «Contacts» section, or by post to the following address:

The response to the complaint will be made within 30 working days by post if the Customer requests it.

IX/ APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are exclusively subject to French law, to the exclusion of all other legislation, even in the presence of Customers resident or nationals of foreign countries.

The official language of these GTC is French. The use of any other language is indicative only. In case of interpretation difficulties, the Parties will refer only to the French text.
